Achieved 231,984 reach on ₹423.62 total spend at CPM ₹1.83 through precise audience targeting and strong brand messaging. Frequency held at 1.00 — clean, unduplicated reach.
Built an end-to-end AI production pipeline using Claude Code + Gemini API — ingesting a creative matrix, applying brand constants to generate detailed image prompts, and auto-exporting final PNGs. A second pipeline then used Meta Graph API to upload images, build ad creatives with rotating copy variations, and organize everything into campaigns with persona-grouped ad sets.
Built a 3-layer localisation workflow: ChatGPT for initial script adaptation, DeepL for precision translation, and native-speaking Fiverr proofreaders for cultural QA. Processed 20+ scripts per month across Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, and Hindi — maintaining brand voice and narrative consistency across all international markets.
Set up a weekly tracking system using Foreplay and Meta Ads Library to monitor top 5 DTC competitors — capturing winning ad formats, narrative shifts, hook patterns, and creative trends. Insights fed directly into the brand's creative testing roadmap and positioning strategy, keeping us ahead of category moves before they peaked.
Built a 50+ UGC creator pipeline serving both DTC e-commerce and B2B SaaS clients — sourced across Fiverr, purchased creator lists, Instagram and TikTok outreach, cold email to YouTube creators, and Heepsy for data-driven discovery. Vetted for brand fit and audience alignment, not follower count. Negotiated rates, usage rights, and revision terms to build a bench of reliable repeat performers.
